Yileena Park wines are produced in limited quantities from Estate grown, hand picked fruit, sourced from our vineyard in the foothills of the Christmas Hills.
Produced from the cool, low yielding 2002 vintage, this Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in French and American oak prior to bottle aging.
The wine is a vibrant garnet red in colour with layers of concentrated black cherries and plums with hints of spice. The palate is rich and full bodied with integrated oak ans soft velvety tannins.
This wine has been bottle aged prior to release and will reward cellaring over the next decade.
